A year before Her Majesty celebrates 60 years on the throne, Buckingham Palace have announced a special four-day holiday weekend to celebrate the milestone.
The special holiday weekend will take place in the UK from 2 – 5 June 2012.
Holiday highlights will include: Her Majesty attending the Epsom Derby; the Thames hosting the largest flotilla seen since the reign of King James I; the Big Jubilee Lunch; and a Diamond Jubilee Concert, to be held at Buckingham Palace.
