Winning JTC Observance Schools Revealed!

Commonwealth Day Observance 2011

Today we are thrilled to announce the schools that have won tickets to attend the Commonwealth Day Observance in the presence of Her Majesty in this special Diamond Jubilee year.

Schools from all over the UK entered the Jubilee Time Capsule Observance competition and our panel of judges selected schools from Dronfield to Surbiton and from Glasgow to Pontypool as winners.

Hundreds of schools took part, so winning is a big achievement! The full list of winning schools can be downloaded here.

2012 will be a special year for the Observance as it will kick off the Commonwealth’s celebrations for Her Majesty The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee – marking both 60 years as the UK Monarch and 60 years as Head of the Commonwealth.
